Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring they are unworn, unwashed, and have all Babyboo tags still attached.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Your Store Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit will be issued via email within 5-7 business days.
